Job Description-

Responsibility:
•To document processes in the form of a PDD
•To ensure that the targeted process is automated with high attention to quality, client experience and easy of coding.
•To ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders while working on process
•To ensure planning is accurate and on time
•Facilitate work within the scope of automation
•To follow up on targeted process achieved goal
Mandate:
•To challenge the business owner for a better work process
•To align processes across Client’s A/S
•To challenge Client’s IT for best possible solution
